anyways.
yesterday, SATURDAY, was a wonderful day!
went to school for pw.
went for rangers.
i have a testimony to share.
you know, i'm now the junior commander for RKs.
so RKs are kids from 5 to 7.
during the program, p1s are usually separated from k1&2.
and i usually help out with the younger age group.
however, today i was asked to help out with the p1s, because there were two other helpers, Clarissa and Melissa.
and so i was with this kid, Elaine.
was going through her advancements,
when we came to the part where she had to name 3 of Jesus' disciples.
she didn't know,
so i named her a few.
we talked about Jesus and all.
elaine: "ya, i know Jesus went around healing the sick. my mummy read those bible stories to me before."
me: "that's good! so now you know some of his disciples' names."
elaine: "ya. but i dont really know alot."
me: "get your mummy to read to you. or you can read the bible on your own!"
elaine: "i know. i'm not a christian. but my mummy is."
me: "oh. you havent prayed the salvation prayer?"
elaine: "what's that??"
me: "praying to God, to ask Jesus to come into your life."
elaine: "no. you mean if i pray that, i'll become a christian?"
me: "yup. it's as simple as that. as long as you believe in your heart."
elaine: "i want! i want to be a christian! can you please teach me how to pray that prayer? "
me: "of course! follow after me."
and i led her in the prayer.praise God! (:
really. i'm really being blessed through serving in Rangers.
God is really moving in the lives of young kids.
it's a joy to serve in RK.
yup.

the fireworks were damn pretty.
i was truly mesmerised.
though busy taking photos,
there was moments when i just stood still, smiling.
i felt like the happiest girl in the world. (:
